If delivery does not begin
When non-delivery is from our end after a reasonable window, the current terms allow a full refund to the original payment method or store credit, at our option.
If delivery is partial
A partially delivered order may be completed or partially refunded at our discretion. Keep the order reference and current target available so support can review the actual status.

If the order is missing, also keep the exact paid amount, UTR and payment time ready for a private match.
